Initial Consultation

One hour private session with an instructor to assess your individual programme level and goals. All new clients are required to have an Initial Consultation.

Studio Class

$40

Ratio of up to 4 clients to 1 instructor for one hour. Each individual on their own programme. Pay as you go.

Group Reformer Classes

$40

Maximum 4 clients per class. One hour reformer workout. Pay as you go.

Block of 10 Classes

10 Classes at a discounted rate. Valid for both Studio and Group Reformer Classes. 14 week expiry

Block of 20 Classes

20 Classes at a discounted rate. Valid for both Studio and Group Reformer Classes. 24 week expiry
