Joel has held an interest in physical maintenance and well being for many years, and before becoming a Pilates instructor Joel was an avid Pilates devotee, holding the belief that The Pilates Method’s emphasis on form to stablise while strengthening and lengthening muscles makes it the perfect way to not only look good, but to retrain the body to work as effectively as possible.

After several years as a pilates enthusiast Joel went on to complete his Cert 3 in Group Fitness instruction and his Cert 4 in Pilates Studio Instruction, and is now helping others realise their own body's potential.
