Common questions

Do I need an Initial Consutation?

Not for a Mat class. If you are in pain in your body, like a sore back or neck, mat classes are not appropriate for you. That is when an initial consultaion is need to attend Studio Classes.

What should I bring?

Bring a towel and water. We supply mats unless you want to use your own. Wear something you would go to the Gym or for a walk in. Nothing too tight you would be uncomfortable working-out in nor too baggy (we need to see your alignment).

Do I need to book?

No Just turn up about 10-15 minutes before class is scheduled.

How qualified are your instructors?

Not only does Fluid Form Pilates have amongst the best Instructors in the industry but we are really passionate about teaching. Many of our instructors have become teachers after experiencing the profound results the Method delivers. We believe in the Method and have experienced first hand its benefits.

How often should I do a class?

Ideally, at least twice per week.  Consistency is important too. Get into a routine and commit to daily exercise.
