Yoga Classes
We aim to provide outstanding Yoga classes that inspire, rejuvenate, strengthen and stretch each individual. Learn to love the body you have by cultivating flexibility for both mind and body. At Fluid Form we love Yoga….that’s why we teach it.
We offer 3 levels of Fluid Yoga Classes.
Fluid Yoga I is ideal for students who are new to yoga or are use to a more static practice.
Fluid Yoga II is a fluid moving practice for those with some Yoga experience. A Vinyasa Yoga structured class that will differ depending on the teacher including standing poses, arm balances, standing balances, back bends, core abdominals, hip openers and sweet Savasana.
Fluid Yoga III is a challenging and fun Vinyasa Yoga class for those that have been practicing for a while.
We also offer Kids Yoga’s Classes which are suitable to assist any child in becoming more content, energised and compassionate.
Hatha Yoga PradipikaWithin us our planes of existence, areas of consciousness, which are in absolute darkness. These planes are much more beautiful and creative than the ones we live on now. Yoga teaches us how to access and illuminate these planes of existence.
What we have to offer
Fluid Yoga I
Ideal for students who are new to yoga or are use to a more static practice. If you are injured or have special needs then this class is for you. Learn to modify positions so you are working safely at an intensity that suits you. The foundations for good technique are built in these classes.
Fluid Yoga III
A challenging and fun Vinyasa Yoga class for those that have been practicing for a while. You will be encouraged to do some of the ‘trickier’ asana but in a very supportive and relaxed environment. Good technique will always be prioritised and listening to one’s body is essential.
Community
This class is by gold coin donation. We want to give back to our community by offering these classes.
Fluid Yoga II

Yin Yoga
A restorative practice that has you going deep into the asanas using props to support the body when and if needed. A more hatha static practice that aims to still the mind and cultivate relaxation.
Kids Yoga
In these fun filled 45 minute classes watch your child develop body awareness, balance, relaxation, confidence and creativity. Suitable for all children 3 to 7 years old.
