An energetic fusion of Pilates, ballet and fitness, Barre Attack is a total body workout that uses the ballet barre to target the legs, butt and arms like no other.
Our version of Barre Attack is suitable for all levels - with our small group classes and highly experienced Pilates Instructors we are able to tailor the class to suit you.
The class will see you using a mixture of ankle weights, arm weights, bands, balls and discs. It's a fun class that will ensure you get your cardio workout in for the week.
