For soon-to-be mums and new mums, our instructors modify each studio session based on you and how you feel. Every day your area of focus will change and our qualified trainers are here to help guide you safely through your journey, be it to giving birth or getting your strength back post-child birth.
Because your safety is our priority, we advise you keep us informed of your pregnancy and obtain a letter of clearance from your doctor or obstetrician informing the studio that it’s OK for you to continue on your Pilates journey. Safety first, always!
