If you are following our 14-day FREE trial or waiting for your equipment pack to arrive, here are some helpful equipment swaps to gain the benefits of every exercise and ensure a total body burn with every workout.

  • Discs – swap for a pair of socks under your feet, knees or hands. This allows the fluidity of movement that the discs provide, which add speed to your workouts and challenge your stability.

Works for – mountain climbers, 4pt kneeling, lunges

  • Bands (arms / upper body) & Hand weights – swap for a water bottle or cans. You can find different objects to increase or decrease the weight. Your Fluidform water bottle has the perfect width and shape to fit in your hands to challenge movements where you would usually use a band for resistance.

Works for – arms with band, weighted arm exercises

  • Bands (lower body) – swap for a rolled up towel behind your knee. For exercises where you place the band around your knees and arch of foot, use a ball behind your knee to help maintain connection through the back of the legs and challenge the movement.

Works for – banded leg work.

  • Small ball – swap for a rolled up towel. Fold a towel in half and roll length ways. Or use a small hand towel and roll length ways. This can be used underneath your shoulders during a chest lift or between your hips and ribs during an obliques sequence. This will take an intermediate exercise to advanced, as you have less bounce which requires a deeper connection.

Works for – chest lifts, side lying obliques, split squats (ball under heel)
