This stage of your recovery post baby is extremely important. Follow the Postnatal Flow to ensure your body builds strength and connection from the inside out. This program is designed to challenge you and help you achieve strength and balance in a slow yet effective manner. Remember to listen to your body and allow yourself time to recuperate post birth. Your end result will be a strong, connected body that is toned and together.
