Bliss Ball Recipe

Eating wholesome food goes hand in hand with movement to create the results you are looking for. To keep you on track we have put together a super simple and easy recipe to keep you going.

For those on the 6 week challenge, you would have seen our delicious bliss ball recipe, here is a sweeter version for those looking for a sweeter treat that is quick to make!

2 cups medjool dates (seeds removed)

1 cup almonds

1 cup hazelnuts

1/3 cup cacao

1 cup desiccated coconut


1. Add dates and nuts into a food processor, process on high speed for 20 seconds. 2. Scrape down sides of bowl and add in cacao and coconut, process on full speed for 40-60 seconds or until mixture combines together (this may take a little while, keep blending until it happens). 3. Roll into bite sized balls. 4. Dust with a little desiccated coconut or cocoa nibs, if desired.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
